Frank's Sweet Potato Peach Pie was conceived
in 1990 out of my desire to create Christmas
gifts that year. I spent approximately 3 hours
in the supermarket considering many different
possibilities. In the end, I decided to do some
thing with sweet potatos. The idea of my Sweet
Potato Pie was born. But, I wouldn’t
be satisfied with any ordinary pie. The challenge
was on. After more deliberation...EUREKA! I
would add peaches. |
In
2004 I began to perfect my recipe and today,
my Sweet Potato Peach Pie can be found
throughout the Bay Area at selected local
farmer’s market.
NEW! I've expanded the menu! Try all of these new selfish delights: Coconut Rum Sweet Potato Pie, Vanilla Fudge Sweet Potato Pie, Key Lime, Fruit Cobblers, and various Pounds Cakes. Favorite pound cakes include: Key Lime Pound Cake, Sour Cream Pound Cake, Vanilla Pound Cake, and Lemon Pound Cake. Yummy! |
